Senior Product Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to spearhead our digital solutions portfolio and elevate the consulting tools we offer to UK SMEs. You'll work closely with stakeholders to transform raw business requirements into intuitive digital workflows.

At Business Quest, you won't just design interfaces; you will collaborate with seasoned enterprise transformation specialists to shape real-world strategic interventions that directly support the success of ambitious companies.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end design lifecycle of our Business Quest Game and digital health check systems.
• Collaborate deeply with backend engineers and business specialists to architect intuitive interfaces.
• Conduct client-facing UX workshops with SME leaders to distill user behavior and validate hypotheses.
• Define, expand, and maintain our growing Figma-based design system.
• Mentor and guide junior team members across product and marketing departments.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of digital product design experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or B2B consultancy.
• A portfolio demonstrating solid layout expertise, meticulous constraint modeling, and crisp typography.
• Expert mastery of modern industry design environments and design system methodologies.
• Strong user-centered advocacy balanced with strategic commercial pragmatism.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills suitable for presenting ideas directly to executive suites.
